They were all kind and attentive, provided all the necessary information beforehand, and were always happy to help whenever we needed it. We particularly loved the beautiful and calm location, the wonderful breakfast and the opportunity to pet the animals around the farm (the latter was a huge experience for our daughter).

We watched the goats being milked ... to a soundtrack of classical music ... and as for breakfast, a feast of locally-produced goodies!

We were invited for drinks on the beautiful veranda. The Breakfast was excellent, the room beautiful and comfortable. We loved the traditional interior. The views were beautiful over the town and house in a lovely garden setting a short walk from restaurants. Thanks Oscar and hope to visit again.

When staying at the bed and breakfast, guests can use private entrance. The beauty of the house is at the same time outstanding and blends in very well with the charming village of Gembes. It has modern facilities and is decorated with exceptional taste and an eye for detail. Frédéric is incredibly welcoming and always goes above and beyond. It's hard to describe what a great host he is. A great conservationalist, but never overbearing. The breakfast he served was always a great start to the day.

Situated in Durbuy, in a historic building, 35 km from Plopsa Coo, Au doux Chardon is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and bar. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. My boyfriend and I really wanted to find a place where we could disconnect for a little and also be as close to nature as possible. And let me tell you that, this place is honestly speaking the most beautiful, most welcoming, most relaxing place I've ever stayed at when travelling. The host, France, is such a sweet, generous, and calming lady. I have honestly never felt this welcomed and listened to. She is so genuine, and you can see she loves what she does. She really takes her time with her clients to get to know them, make them feel welcome, and make sure their experience suits exactly what they were looking for. My boyfriend and I had the most amazing experience, being able to enjoy our morning tea, in the beautiful garden which we had access to. The breakfast also had a bit of everything, which is perfect. The room is perfectly equipped, clean, and really cosy. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about our experience there. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a bit of tranquillity in nature, along with different types of excursions and long walks in nature that are in the area! (France has prepared a few for every client and can show you where to go to have a good experience). I, therefore, want to thank France for her beautiful energy and for the experience my boyfriend and I got to have there, which truly made our trip just like we wanted it to be.
