Each unit also have a private bathroom with a shower and provided with a hairdryer and a make-up mirror. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful chalet in Wilderwil, Switzerland, and it truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to our hosts, Mr. Fritz and Mrs. Gabi. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were staying with close family or friends. The village of Wilderwil is a sight to behold, with its mesmerizing beauty that captures the essence of Switzerland's enchanting landscapes. 😍 The facilities at the chalet were more than adequate, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast featuring authentic Swiss cuisine—absolutely loved the bread, butter, and sausages! *While a bit more variety day-to-day would have been appreciated, the authentic taste of the food, provided a delightful compensation for the limited selection.. 😉 Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking to experience genuine Swiss hospitality in a picturesque setting. We're already looking forward to our next visit with Mr. Fritz and Mrs. Gabi! 😇

The little Bernese Oberland village of Habkern lies in in a wind-protected and fog-free valley, off the beaten tourist track. I love the peace and quiet in Habkern… plus the hotel has traditional Swiss vibes, with super friendly, helpful and efficient staff, a nice breakfast, spacious room with access to the common terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains where u can watch the cows passing by in the morning. Also very near the bus station, just 3 minutes walk! We also did laundry there for 25 CHF per wash. Overall, our stay was absolutely beautiful! We made the right decision to choose Habkern!

Getting to the hotel was very easy, and the self check-in process was simple and clear. Free parking right next to the building was super convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — only about 20 minutes from Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money.

They provided a lot for us 5 people, 4 beds and 1 sofa, one of which is wide and suitable for 2 people. The toilet is really clean. Additionally, there are free coffee, hot water, and microwave in the minus first floor. It’s just next to the Lake Thunersee, really good view! And they also provided free parking! This parking is just next to the hotel.
