She suggested we could still go for a swim in the Sempachersee and have something to eat by the water (very nice swimming area, just a few minutes away by car). Small, very friendly dog that came to play (after checking with us whether it was okay).

All rooms in the accommodation are fitted with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer. We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. When the heating in one of the rooms didn’t work, they immediately brought us a portable radiator. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary coffee, even though breakfast was not included in our booking. Despite our late arrival, the team kindly greeted us and accompanied us to our rooms to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The rooms themselves are newly renovated, very clean, and beautifully designed. Highly recommend !

The real experience on a farm, with very helpful staffs and interactions with farm animals! We tried feeding the chicken and petting the piggies, and the whole breakfast is really from farm to table (sorry piggies). The location is close to nearest village, and also only short drive to nearby hiking routes. All the things are comfortable and new, good hot water, immaculate kitchen. You can really tell how ppl like it via the guestbook.

The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much
