The Hollies is a beautiful house full of character, beautifully decorated with fabulous (in our view) art, a lovely sitting area downstairs and the two guest bedrooms at the top of the house. We stayed in the King bedroom which was spacious, beautifully furnished, incredibly quiet and had an excellent shower in the en-suite. Debbie - the host - couldn’t have done more for us. She gave us a lovely welcome and we sat down with a cup of tea to chat about breakfast and anything we needed to know about the gorgeous little town of Uppingham. We’d booked a table at The Lake Isle restaurant and had a very good meal there. Breakfast at The Hollies was like everything else about it - excellent. Ranging from homemade granola, fruit and yoghurt to a delicious (my husband testified) full English! I don’t eat meat and was offered smoked salmon, eggs, etc. It was one of the best B & B’s we have ever stayed in (and we have experienced many)! Thank you Debbie for a very lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Barn, it's a lovely property and a quirky layout which adds to the charm. Very clean and comfortable and with food basics such as bread, milk, tea/coffee, jams etc provided along with crockery/cutlery, toaster, fridge and kettle. We were able to park on the drive which is gated and feels secure. Dave and Lisa were really nice and helpful, but respectful of privacy so we felt comfortable and at home. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Finch's Arms, een 17e-eeuwse herberg in het mooie dorpje Hambeton, biedt een geweldig uitzicht op Rutland Water. Had dinner there, it was excellent, service was great. Room was comfortable and ensuite very modern and efficient. Breakfast was superb.

The Black Bull is gelegen in Market Overton, op 43 km van Belgrave Road, en biedt een restaurant, rookvrije kamers, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en een bar. Lovely little pub , great facilities lots of tea to chose from. Clean and comfy bed. Great breakfast too , good value for money.
