Frenchgate is a charming B&B in a beautiful street in the historic town of Richmond, and only a short walk to the town centre. My room on the upper floor was very well equiped, comfortable and clean, and the host could not have been more helpful. While there is road parking at the front, a nice bonus is offstreet parking at the rear of the property which would no doubt be of value in the busy summer months. A great stay was capped with an excellent breakfast!

And she went above and beyond: when she heard that I usually have a superfood smoothie for breakfast every morning in the US, she went and got frozen berries for me and made me a smoothie in her blender!

Beautiful room including a lovely sitting area for coffee and an excellent freshly prepared breakfast. Mark and Nicky were welcoming and a delight to chat with. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends. A must stay when in Richmond.

Reception area and dining area are well kept. But most important of all, kudos must be given to Megan who is an exceptional host. She is helpful and courteous. We will certainly use the same hotel when we return.

Hele prettige B&B in een mooie omgeving waar vele wandelingen mogelijk zijn. De gastvrouw is erg aardig en haar B&B is brandschoon! In de dorp twee uitstekende pubs om te eten.

Romany Cottage B&B is gelegen in Buckden, op 15 km van Aysgarth Falls en 26 km van themapark Forbidden Corner, en biedt uitzicht op de tuin. Lynne and four-legged sweet Clara gave me a very warm and hearty welcome to her stunning house in midst of the beautiful mountain chains of the Wharfedale, and right at the Dales Way, the perfect base for hikes or just for relaxation, for example in the beautiful guest living room with an warming fireplace! Bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious and Lynne even gave me a lift to the Blue Bell Inn in Kettlewell, because the nearby pub Buck Inn was closed and she drove me back again after dinner. I would highly recommend it to stay there, it was a lovely experience.

We loved our stay here, our host Hannah was lovely and the location just perfect. Our room overlooked the green and river across the road, there was a pub at the end of the street a short stroll away as well as an icream shop next door and a tea room. It is a lovely village in a lovely spot and is perfect for exploring either by foot or the surrounds by car. Our room was comfortable and breakfast delicious.

Craiglands Bed and Breakfast, Grassington ligt in Grassington, op 34 km van Ripley Castle en 37 km van Royal Hall Theatre. We werden erg gastvrij ontvangen. Een typisch Engelse b&b met een overheerlijk ontbijt. Prachtige omgeving en op loopafstand van het gezellige, pittoreske centrum.
