Beautiful historical building, tastefully renovated inside with amazing rooms! Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff is so kind and friendly. We even got an upgrade for a bigger room, which was so nice. Location is perfect as a base for stay in Syros. Lively atmosphere in the neighborhood, but also great sound isolation on the windows, so our sleep was not disturbed. To me that's a win-win. Beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, in a cute cafe right around the corner. All in all, our experience was amazing, 10/10

Villa Maria is such a unique place to stay in Syros, made the whole visit special! The views from the villa as just magical. Kostas, the host, was very welcoming, gave us a map with all the good spots on the island and recommended us from restaurants to beaches and ice cream! We had a lovely time, I’m looking forward to going back!

Amazing location, close to the ferry departures, close to the main square, or the main attractions in the city. 2. Spacious, well-equipped, and very CLEAN room. 3. There was a really cool coffee machine available in the room, we could prepare hot or cold coffee😀 4. Super friendly staff, they recommended great places to eat breakfast and dinner, and where to see the best attractions around. 5. Super comfortable and strong bed. 6. We had sweet treats in our room, a very nice surprise! Unbeatable hospitality! 7. Christina who took care of us during checking in and out is so sweet and accommodating and her recommendations were literally the best

From the moment we arrived on a delayed ferry after 11 pm and Dimitris was waiting for us in the corner of the street with a big smile, we knew we had made the right decision to stay at his hotel. Actually we had planned to stay only 2 nights and move somewhere else, but right away we decided to stay the entire 5 nights here.This used to be his grandfather's home, which has been lovingly transformed into a 12-room small family run hotel on 3 floors in the heart of beautiful Ermoupoli. The ample rooms are tastefully furnished, have comfortable beds and linens, and have a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the main square and the harbor, accessible to everything in the city and a free bus to beautiful Ano Syros. The room was daily cleaned with a change of linens (if you wish, we don't since we're trying to save the planet). Our room was facing a small street with a bougainvillea spilling thru the window. We felt at home right away and would love to come back to Syros and to Oisyra Hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The room was very spacious and luminous, and it was also well decorated. The bathroom was big and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities and having fresh water at our disposal in the fridge. Konstantinos offered us a warm welcome. He was helpful in organising our check-in and check-out and making it the most convenient for us. Thank you for everything and for your availability. We will definitely stay here again if we come back and recommend it to any friends visiting Ermoupoli.

Det familiedrevne Ethrion har en historisk beliggenhed på en gågade, 150 m fra Ermoupolis Havn og det centrale torv. The location of the accommodation was in the perfect area close to restaurants, cafes, and the main centre. George, our host gave us recommendations to restaurants which all were fantastic and places to see on the island and the best way to get there! The room was clean and spacious with great views. Will definitely stay again!
