The room was very comfortable and clean, but I would say that the jem of this accommodation is the breakfast. It is diverse and fulfilling, unlike the usual italian breakfast, and you get a full continental one. On top of this, the owners are outstandingly kind and welcoming, and you can see this in every square centimeter of the accommodation. Highly recommended, and we'd definitely like to visit again.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. Super super clean room, large and very modern, exactly as per the photos or even better. We had room 4 with a small garden view. The bad is comfortable, and there are extra pillows if needed. The bathroom is exceptional, and the shower has good pressure, nice toiletries provided. Coffee machine with capsules + small snack + tea offered the 2 days stay + water for the first night. Every room has its entrance through the common area (large corridor), smells nice everywhere... Lina and her son Jorgen (speaks english) are very nice and helpful. They did the check-in and checkout in person, and we communicated with Google translate when needed with no issues. The location is great, 3 minutes from La Spezia train station and 5 minutes walking to downtown (restaurants), a very quiet area. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Recommended 100%.

Spotless cleaning and a big room and bathroom. Parking was also available. Everything was as promised and better.
