The location is perfect for tourists. For the city and neighbourhood travel, all the buses pass by in front of the hotel. And train station 10 min short walk away. Giorgia, the manager, is so kind and helpful for travel and social needs. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She manages the property so well and does her best to satisfy the visitors.

From the booking time, the communication with the hostel was clear and comfortable. I arrived two hours before check-in time, and the room was already ready for me. The person at the reception (the owner?) was very friendly and welcoming. He made me feel right at home. The room itself was clean, tidy, good WiFi, quiet, amazing location. Highly recommended

Really friendly staff, Manuel and his colleagues were all really nice. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the Ponte Pietra and from there just a 10 min walk to the main square and Juliet's balcony etc. The funicular is 2 mins walk and the views from the top should not be missed. The hotel is a gem. I was in room No.2, a large tastefully decorated air-conditioned room with a large fridge and coffee maker. Complimentary coffee and herbal teas available on the 1st floor. Bring your own teabags, PG or Typhoo if you like English tea. Great shower. Hairdryer provided. Bed comfy and Aircon worked really well. Breakfast is served in the bar which is decorated in a really quaint style, or in the little courtyard. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and ham, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals and much more. The bar is open for lunch but closed in the evening but there are other restaurants a couple of mins walk. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Breakfast was good as well, lots of options to choose from. Free parking was beneficial.

The accomodation was excellent, the yard is beautiful and offers a wonderful view of Verona and the Alps. The breakfast was excellent with cakes prepared by owner Amy. The hosts Robert and Amy are very kind. A warm recommendation for everyone who travels with a dog.
