A stocked fridge and comprehensive facilities made my stay very enjoyable. I was able to cook a simple meal, and do some laundry without having to leave the guesthouse in the heavy snow! The cherry on top was the owner driving me to the dinosaur museum in the morning. Very unexpected but much appreciated.

It is well equipped witha complete kitchen. And private onsen ! Thank you !

We absolutely loved staying with Nori and could not have asked for a better host. From the moment we arrived, he was so warm and welcoming, helped us plan our trip, spent time talking with us, and shared tea while making us feel truly at home. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and treated us like family rather than guests. His house was absolutely wonderful, charming, and thoughtfully cared for, and the town itself was beautiful and peaceful. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip and made the entire experience feel extra special.

The ladies who welcomed us was so incredibly sweet; they showed us around and one of them even took us to the local shrine so my kids could enjoy the ice cream I had purchased from their sister store.

Guesthouse YAWNYAWN - Vacation STAY 40961v ligger i Echizen, 19 km fra Fukui Prefecture Industrial Hall og 25 km fra Fukui International Activities Plaza. Although we only stayed for one night, I really wish we stayed longer as this was the most beautiful accommodation we came across in Japan. Every detail was carefully thought, and creativity is all around. The room is beautiful and cozy, as is the rest of the property. I hope I can come back!

The house is absolutely wonderful, it seems to come out from anime!! Personally I had it all for myself, but it's so big it's great also for families! Yukie-San, the owner, was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help me in every possible way, from the amenities, to local gifts, to tips where to eat, what to try and experience. She even helped me with the links and maps positions of so many places and was always quick at answering! I promise you'll feel at home here and won't regret staying here even if it's just for a couple of nights!

Host was thoughtful and responsive. He will reply to any queries immediately. He prepared many foods and drinks too. Beds was very comfortable. There were washer and dryer too.

Located in the centre of Mikuni, a lovely seaside village in Fukui with a historic quarter. Mikuni Tsumesyo is located on the main street running along the axis, so it is conveniently located to everything you need. The house is truly amazing,, the photos do not do enough justice; gardens interior and design are all impeccable. I really enjoyed staying here but I wish could luve out of the house for an entire month.
