The location is excellent, but what stands out the most is the warm and friendly hospitality from the staff. The room was spotless, and since I visited during winter, I was especially pleased that the heater kept the entire space cozy, including the bathroom, which made the shared accommodations even more comfortable. If I return to Otaru, I will definitely choose to stay here again.
