Kyoko was amazing, she took her time to say hi to us the evening that we checked on and she also made us coffee every morning and socialized with us, giving food recommendations. On the day of our checkout it was drizzling outside and she offered to take us to the station and help us print our shinkansen tickets. It was a very lovely stay.
