We got a free upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The room was spacious and the facilities all worked well. The check-in process was easy and the person at reception was super friendly and provided some great recommendations as well. The accomodation is off the main street so it was quite enough and you could still hear the waves though there were dogs around the area barking throughout the night which I guess isn't the accomodations fault. We only stayed for a few hours as we had to leave super early but it was clean and comfortable.

Room was cleaned regularly and they make a great breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, eggs and pancakes - Sri Lankan breakfast also available upon request. Only 5 minutes walk to Mirissa main beach and 10 minutes to the surf break... surfed every day, fun and consistent right hand point.

Very modern and clean with a big comfortable bed and amazing shower. The hosts are beautiful people. The lady is an artist and her beautiful art work is up in the room! She’s also lovely and always smiling. The gentleman was very attentive and helpful. They were happy to do our laundry and ironed our clothes as and when we needed them doing. The location is perfect with the sea just opposite the hotel. Would 100% recommend this place and stay here again! Thank you so much ☺️

It is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential facilities, including a kitchen and ample dining space, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owner is responsive to messages sent through the booking portal. A quality breakfast is provided by Nisha, who serves it with warmth and kindness, always wearing a happy and pleasant smile. Talalla Beach is about a 12-minute walk away along a relatively quiet street. Compared to other beaches on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, it is less crowded, making it a peaceful spot to relax.

For people who don’t like the crowd of Hiriketiya i think this place is a gem. The family is sweet and the rooms were really comfortable and clean.
