Sakrisøy Gjestegård - Manor House in Sakrisøy - Solbakken anno 1880 is housed in a former manor house dating back to 1880 and is located in the area of Moskenes. I arrived very late and they left me an envelop with instructions and a greeting card. My room in the second floor was small but comfortable for 1 person, very clean, beautiful view of the sea and bring to Reine. The bed was fantastic, after driving solo from Tromso y slept almost 12 hours straight. Also they were very kind to understand my late check-in and they let me have a late check-out. The only noise is the one of the seagulls or birds, but after ten years traveling in the summer to Scandinavia I am used to that kinda annoying sound of those birds. Love the bathroom, well design space, great toiletries. Also they have a nespreso machine. It was great would have love to stay more than 1 night there. Plus the tv is great from the bed and the wifi worked great. The parking is near but you have to walk up a hill with luggage. Bonus Anita’s Fish Restaurant is in front!!!

Valberg Gjestegård ligger i Valberg og tilbyder indkvartering med balkon eller gårdhave, gratis wi-fi, fladskærms-tv samt en have. Her var alt, man kunne ønske. Hjemmebagte boller en dejlig ekstra bonus. Kan man lide fred og ro er beliggenheden i top. Vi nød stilheden i fulde drag.

Det Gamle Hotellet Guesthouse ligger i Reine og har en have, fælles opholdsområde og terrasse samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Gæsterne kan nyde bjergudsigten. Alle enheder hos pensionatet har et klædeskab.... Large clean spacious room in a charming house located in a convenient location in the centre of Reine. Host was readily contactable, friendly, and helpful. Nice bakery cafe right next door.

Angelas White House - single room ligger i Stamsund og har en have. Her er et fælles køkken og et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis wi-fi overalt. The place is so piecefull and quiet. I got a small but comfortable room upstairs in the 2nd floor. It was great! The toilet and bathroom are in the ground floor, so expect stairs up and down, but no problem for me.

AmHavern B&B ligger i Haukland. Dette overnatningssted har en terrasse, gratis privat parkering og gratis wi-fi. Bed & breakfast-stedet har håndklæder og sengetøj. The room was spacious. Had a sitting area with a table, and private bathroom which was great. The hosts were gracious and had made me breakfast. The home is located by a lake which and there are some chairs in the yard that made it a nice place to sit and relax. Big plus on the friendly cat, Millie. It was probably the best place I stayed at in the Lofotens as it had an air of being a home and not a guesthouse.

Heimbrygga Restaurant & Accommodation ligger i Skrova og har en terrasse, restaurant og bar samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Heimbrygga is definitely the most charming and hospitable place I’ve stayed in Lofoten. It’s located right by the ferry and overlooks the lovely harbor and scenic views of Skrova island. The place itself is very authentic, rustic and delightfully designed with tasteful touches like a Nordic boutique hotel but without the fuss. The hotel co-owner and manger Monica is really lovely and treats her guests and staff equally well. She was always warm and accommodating (for early check in and late checkout), which I really appreciated. I somehow felt very much at home with the warmth of the staff and the ambiance of the property. Easy to get to hiking and beaches nearby, and food at the restaurant was well played prepared. I would have gladly stayed longer but hope to be back again soon.
