This property is super well looked after with quite a lot of renovation done over the years but in keeping with the old world charm. The owners Julie and Mike were friendly and attentive. They put on a simple but very nice, fresh continental breakfast each morning. Super convenient! We slept so well in the comfy bed. Literally two full nights - very rare! A short walk up the street to the main shopping mall with lots of choices to eat. You don't have to go far for a great feed. Car parking on site was great. There was all day tea and coffee available in the shared lounge. A great spot.

Sarah and Shane are a lovely, friendly, caring couple who have created a wonderful home away from home for guests. So much care and thought has been put into making sure guests have everything they need. The apartment is fully self contained, beautifully decorated, and comfortably furnished. The location is lovely, a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant a 2 minute walk across the road. The breakfast was spectacular and beautifully presented. WiFi was great too.

The location is great . The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were here for my wife's birthday and the owner gave us a surprise gift It was really amazing to see it.. if we are again in Dunedin we will definitely stay here.. must recommend this accommodation .Value for money too.
