The location could not be better – easy parking right by the property, just a pleasant stroll into town, perfectly situated for exploring the entire island, and conveniently close to a large supermarket. We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful renovated old mill, with an amazing location just next to the beach. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The daily breakfast was super tasty with fresh local ingredients.

I recently stayed at a newly built hotel in Ponta Delgada for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The modern design and fresh ambiance were immediately noticeable. We used the convenient self-check-in option, which was quick and easy. Despite our early morning checkout, the hotel kindly prepared a special breakfast for us, showcasing their excellent service. The hotel featured a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor and an inviting pool area, though we didn't have time to use the pool.

Olive Boutique Guesthouse ligger i Vila Franca do Campo, 5 minutters gang fra Praia do Corpo Santo Strand og 9,3 km fra Lagoa do Congro. The property was very clean, newly renovated and had all the equipment we needed. It was a nice stay!
