The whole experience of staying there was lovely because the hosts are so kind and the property is really cozy and welcoming. They are really genuine people who help you out getting around and with recommendations, they also offered us a ride when they had the time - we ended up staying an extra night because our other accommodation got cancelled last minute and we enjoyed it so much we decided to spend some extra time there 🙂

The staff was very nice, they cleaned the room daily and made us breakfast. There is a labrador dog named Mango of the awner and she was the cutest dog!

Ban Sabai Sabai Guest House ligger i Kanchanaburi, 10 km fra Broen over floden Kwai og 12 km fra Kanchanaburi Station. Her er en terrasse og gratisprivat parkering. Dette pensionat har 1 stjerne. We loved the beautiful colourful gardens and the accommodation was perfect for our family. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Best of all though we loved the hospitality from Yves and Daeng. Nothing was too much for them. We enjoyed all of the places Yves showed us including a tour of the local market on his motorbike and the amazing temples and caves in the jungle nearby. Thank you it was a wonderful experience.

A very welcoming place with a relaxed atmosphere with a view on the river. The facilities are amazing. Food was excellent and the river bank view was great. Great location to put your bag and visit the area

Suriyan Villa Erawan Kanchanaburi สุริยัน วิลล่า เอราวัณ กาญจนบุรี ligger i Tha Kradan, 44 km fra Malika R.E.124 The Siamese Living Heritage Town. Her en have og en terrasse samt gratis wi-fi overalt.... The care taker of the facility was amazing, she has a lot of heart for the guests. One night she saw me walking down the street in the rain and ran all the way over to give me an umbrella. She always made sure I had fresh towels and water and as a female solo traveler I have never felt more safe and happy than I did here.

Siam Guesthouse ligger mindre end 1,8 km fra broen over floden Kwai og 2,1 km fra Jeath War Museum i Kanchanaburi. Der tilbydes værelser med aircondition og eget badeværelse. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is close to River Kwai bridge, night market and death railway museum,a very pleasant stay.

Jim Guesthouse ligger i Kanchanaburi, 2,2 km fra Broen over floden Kwai, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Jim is an excellent host. She provides ideas for excursions, helps with organising transportation and so on. The guesthouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just 10 minutes walk to the main street. All required comfort is available in the bungalows.

Tamarind Guesthouse ligger i Kanchanaburi, 12 minutters gang fra Kanchanaburi Station og 3 km fra Broen over floden Kwai. Dette pensionat med 2 stjerner har gratis wi-fi og en terrasse. I accidentally arrived a day late for my booking. (There is no way Booking.com's algorithm should have allowed me two bookings on the same night at two different hotels without at least flagging it). But the Tamarind wasn't full and the staff let me stay. The floating room on the water was great. The seat outside was the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.

I had a wonderful time in Kanchanaburi and at Canaan Guesthouse. Simple and convenient accomodation, lovely hosts, I had everything I needed for 5 memorable days. Highly recommended! 💖
