HOTEL perfect - totally renovated hotel, everything is new and clean. STAFF perfect - absolutely incredible, they are helpfull, kind and make you feel like at home. Even now, a few days after my vacation I still have the feeling that guests really come first at the Kobe hotel. Everyone is very nice and helpful, if there is any problem, it was immediately solved. I spent three weeks in Zanzibar and travelled all over island but Kobe hotel left a really warm trace in me and if I return to Zanzibar I know I will visit Kobe hotel again. Due to the fact that the hotel unfortunately burned down and had to be rebuilt, the owners and the new staff involved in the rebuilding have been incredibly supportive and appreciative of every guest who arrives at the new hotel and they are one good team, no team, family. They really try to accommodate you in absolutely everything and fulfill your every wish, I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. Helwas is a small family hotel with a great, friendly atmosphere and top accommodation. We were group of 5 and we had amazing time at Helwas! With a private beach area, the 2-star bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Everything was just perfect! We could not ask for a better experience. Great location, friendly staff, impeccable cleaning, excellent cottages beach front. The food was the best we ever eat in any of the properties we stayed. Stefania and her mother are the best! They are truly committed to the island and their traditions and employ an amazing team of well trained staff!
