The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful enough to rest. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and inviting.

We had the most fabulous time at this lovely lovely guesthouse! We were there for two nights in November 2025, and it was cozy and inviting - the perfect place for our stay for two nights. Firstly, the hostess of the hotel is so caring and attentive to all of her guests’ needs! For example, example, while we can speak Spanish, we aren’t fluent whatsoever - and she spoke to us every time at a very slow and easy to understand pace, patiently repeating what she had to. It was very thoughtful. Whatever need we had she was attentive, and even late in the evening when we couldn’t figure out the hot water of our shower, she responded to us via WhatsApp. The location itself is perfect for the town, about a half mile from the port, and easy walking distance to so much of the town’s offerings. The other guesthouse locations we looked at for this stay we ultimately saw along our strolls, and we realized that they were not convenient whatsoever. The room itself was adorable, decorated with retro collectible knickknacks from all over the world! It was so fun exploring the walls. Our room was no different! The bathroom was awesome, with natural light pouring in from above and a window to vent the shower. It looked extremely nice. The bed was comfortable, bedding plentiful, and extra pillows and towels were provided when we requested. The complementary breakfast was delicious every morning with toast, cheese, ham, jams, cheesy rolls, medialunas, coffee and teas, fresh berries, and yogurt and granola. The Wi-Fi was useful for our needs, even if the Wi-Fi didn’t reach into the bathroom. The rest of the guest house was well covered.

Situated in Colonia del Sacramento, Posada de la flor at the start of the historical district, offers free bikes, terrace and free WiFi. Beautiful jasmine scented courtyard! The views from the roof deck would have been very nice (except for the construction next door). The location and staff were great. WiFi works very well.

Great location. Very quiet. Room with view to the river. Walking distance to minimarkets and historical sites. Excellent service. Would recommend and stay again.

The staff was excellent. They gave us great tips for visits around the area. Location super, we could walk to the beach and to the town. Only needed the car to go to wineries, and surrounding area. Good breakfast. We felt at home.

Hotel Posada Los Pinos located on General Flores the main street from Colonia del Sacramento’s, offers free Wi-Fi and Continental breakfast. The historical centre is 100 metres away. I liked the hotel staff, the room was cozy, and the breakfast was very good. Hotel location was perfect.
