Smooth check-in, they did not asked for deposit as stated before. Room upgraded for free, great location easy to go to 2 big malls, MRT, and concert venue.

Situated 1 km from ITC Mangga Dua shopping centre, Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel and Residence features an outdoor pool and a free shuttle service to popular shopping areas. That staff were wonderful always coming to ask if everything was OK. Breakfast time chef coming asking if want anything special for breakfast, cleaners asking what time they can come clean my room

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and delicious options to start the day. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and I really appreciated the extra pillow — such a thoughtful touch! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making my stay even more pleasant.
