Set beside Karlstad Congress and Culture Centre, this hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from central Karlstad. It offers free WiFi and modern rooms with a flat-screen Smart-TV. The breakfast was great. The person who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful and pointed out parking options. Also, there was free cocoa (hot chocolate) available 24 hrs., which was a nice treat after driving all day in cold, windy, rainy weather. Close to the world-famous rock bridge.

The room was clean and comfy, and the location was super convenient. The staff were so friendly and supportive. Would definitely stay again!
