The location just on the outskirts of town and near the sanddunes was super convenient for us to experience the best of Florence. Beautiful scenic views over the estuary and the bridge crossing the river. The pool and two hot tubs were the cherry on top! Great place to stay with our kids!

Very nice room at a great location (6th Floor) we decided not to get a room with a view due to the cost difference however next time I think we would pay the additional amount.

Staff was extremely helpful during check-in, I had unforseen issues she helped me work around and find a solution. Management was very understanding when I mistakenly thought I had one more night, literally took me a hour and a half passed check-out to get completely out of the room. It was an unfortunate situation but they remained professional and kind. Granted I understood the importance of being out of the room as soon as I could.. Thank you, management and staff for understanding, definitely will be staying again although I'll be checking-out on time next time,.
