The property host was extremely communicative with any questions I had. They were quick to accommodate a last minute request to bring our dog. The boat is exactly as pictured. Stocked with 2 fans to circulate the air. We stayed in the hottest month and were very comfortable. Yes, it’s a boat. It has a small toilet on board, but there were nice bathroom facilities steps away. No issues getting on the dock. Instructions were as followed. There is a wide variety of food trucks right there with great live music. We can’t wait to stay again. By far, a great experience. Amazing hosts!
