It is a hotel with a very good quality-price ratio. It is located in a very quiet place. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. They overlook a very pretty garden. The breakfast is very good and abundant. We had rice with curry and chicken for dinner there, which was a delight. The staff was very attentive. They picked us up at the station and helped us arrange the motorcycle rental. Very friendly. It's a great place.

Simoya is amazing! The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and so beautifully presented. Our hosts Mahdu and Sinjay looked after us so well, we didn’t want to leave! Such a beautiful family ! The breakfasts and dinner were outstanding , Mahdu is a fantastic cook and there was so much delicious food! The location was excellent and the park grounds just beautiful! Highly recommend

After 1.5 years of my travelling I have to say that Niduwari Lake was the best homestay where I stand. Owner is so nice person, he picked me up from the bus station and also dropped me off there on my last day, helped me find my bus to Kandy. All the time I felt so good there, even it is a homestay you have a lot of privacy. Owner gave me a lot of tips what to visit around the place, also gave me a advice about the shortcut to the bus station around a lake what it is so beautiful walk in Dambulla. Brekfast was amazing, I think that the biggest breakfast which I experienced in whole Asia and definitively in Sri Lanka, so tasty Sri Lanka dishes as Sambol (hopefully I remember correctly :)). Fresh fruits, delicious tea and combination of sweet and salt option and bottle of water every morning. Location is also good, 30 minutes walk to the bus station, temples and it is situated in beautiful garden, which is very well maintained. You will have a great sleep there. My room was spacious, very clean, the soap and towel is provide as well. Even you can enjoy a hot shower, what is not standard in Sri Lanka, so this was a big plus as well. So I had just positive experience and comparate to quality and price, this place is absolutely perfect choice. And owners do their maximum for your perfect stay. So thank you again :)

Very nice homestay clean and owner kind and helpful. Very near to dambulla cave temple just 5 minutes you can get to the ticket office of cave temple. Host Upul is a nice man and help to arrange my schedule in Dambulla. Located quiet area just 5 minutes tuk tuk drive. Breakfast is nice and had dinner here traditional Sri Lankan food. Ceiling fan and air conditioner work well and breeze evening. Really satisfied in staying here. Nice 3 little boys of Upul. Upul offer me drive to the lake and one buddhist temple with his car. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Really satisfied everything. Thanks Mr. Upul and family

Very clean rooms with AC in both, if you are lucky you will be accomodated in the third room a new one. Backyard was also clean, owner”s wife look after twice a day. We stayed there 2 days. The owner (Naim) was very nice and helped us with everyrhing. He took us on Pidurangala rock to see sunrise. Also we have wonderfull breakfast and really delicious dinner. We fully recomend this place to stay.

One of our best stays in Sri Lanka! Our hosts, Mr Demi and his family are very warm and hospitable. Sri Lankan tea as a welcome drink was indeed very refreshing! Their homestay is like a green oasis in the heart of Dambulla city. They have a huge garden with plenty of plants and fruit trees! Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable . AC was functional . Washroom has all the latest fittings incl a geyser and hair dryer. Location of City Paradise is worth mentioning here. Bus station, Restaurants, cafes are all within 50m from the property. Plenty of Tuk tuks are avl outside to go to Sigriya and sightseeing in Dambulla. We had delicious Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast freshly prepared by Demi's mom and sister! Thank you Demi for making our stay so memorable at City Paradise!

I have spent a wonderful time here with Herath and his family. I loved travelling around the area with hiss tuktuk and he has shown me the wonders of Dambulla and sigriya and being super helpful all the time, I even stayed an extra night! Herath knows the beautiful spots around the village and the best sunset and sunrise views! The house has been so relaxing and comfortable and the food an authentic experience! Happy stay! 😁

I would highly recommend this accommodation! It’s very quiet and peaceful, but close to dambulla. Pradeep is the best host you can wish for. He and his staff members made sure that we had everything we wished for. And they showed us around the village, and learned us so much about Sri Lanka and how it is to live here. They made us wonderful vegetarian food from own garden.

Everything: the room is very comfortable, clean and pretty, the location is 5-10min away from the cave temple in a very calm area with an amazing view on the mountain, dinner and breakfast were really good, the host is amazingly friendly and very caring. He brought us some snack before dinner, we discussed a couple of hours during very tasty and generous dinner, we tasted bananas and coconuts from the « garden », he took us on a tour of his « village ». A memory that we will for sure keep with us back to France.
