Good location. Clean and well maintained rooms. Staff is really friendly. We received a complimentary tea on arrival, the manager Shoaib was very helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay, I would recommend this place for families or even if you’re visiting with friends, the zoo was really close to us and main attractions were about 20 mins away.

I stayed at Hayyat Luxury Apartment Hotel (6th - 14th of April 2023) and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! First off, the location was perfect: right opposite the big Jinnah Park for our daily jogs, a walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Mall Road with all its opportunities, and generally right in the middle between “ancient” Lahore (walled city) and “new” Lahore (Gulberg, Defence). The building has two security guards posted outside who work round the clock - just like their reception. An elevator brings you to your floor. Our room was spacious, but since we were going to stay for a week, we wanted an extra room. I called the lobby and we were instantly upgraded - FREE OF CHARGE! Never before have I seen such great customer-oriented attitude and hospitality! We were given room no. 204: you enter into the dining room with balcony access, a door leads to the kitchen with all its amenities, another door to the spacious and beautiful bedroom (ensuite). The water pressure was great (with thick, long hair like mine, it’s always a big issue) and so was the bedding (spotlessly clean, two pillows per person and the right thickness of blanket). I truly enjoyed the serenity and calmness and slept deep. The room features a TV (netflix), safe, an iron + ironing board, and a laundry service - which was also FREE OF CHARGE! I’m not sure whether there was a hair dryer or not because I enjoyed air-drying my hair on the balcony. One of the reviews here said that the balcony was unusable due to pigeons - I haven’t found it to be the case. The hotel staff cleaned daily and I enjoyed watching the countless falcons circle in the sky. One actually stopped by on the reeling and I could take splendid close-up pictures of it! The reception is manned by 3-4 people. Mr. Usman was very courteous, and my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ikram, who answered my thousands of rather odd enquiries with the utmost professionalism and patience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with a beautiful balcony view. Great location in DHA, smooth check-in, and a responsive host. Highly recommended!
