We highly recommend this place to anyone who would want to stay in District 1. It’s located in a quiet street but only a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the city with shops, restaurants etc. The homestay is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. There’s a community kitchen and a washing machine (free of use) on the third floor. Most importantly, the hosts — Mie and her uncle — were outstanding! They are very welcoming, helpful and responsive to questions throughout your stay! They even informed us about a construction nearby before our arrival and provided earplugs.

Great clean apartment located about 15-20 minutes from downtown on foot or 5-10 minutes by bike or car ( Bui Vien st, Ben Thanh only a few more minutes away). Came with many amenities that were very useful (walking into a cold apartment after a day in the humidity felt like being born again,ha). There is a pharmacy right outside the entrance of the building as well as a 24/7 711. There is also 24 hour security so I never felt unsafe and a parking lot if you have a bike or car you need to park.
