Hostal Villa del Sol ligger i Salento, 47 km fra Ukumari Zoo og 36 km fra Pereira's Botanical Garden. We loved our stay here! The location is great - close to the main square and restaurants, but quiet in the evening. Our room was on the main road and whilst there was some occasional noise in the night, this is unavoidable and didn’t impact us. The view from the courtyard is incredible. The room itself was very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfy and we had plenty of blankets to keep warm as the temperature dropped in the night. There was soap provided in the bathroom which we didn’t expect for the price! Our room wasn’t cleaned during the 3 night stay but it was offered to us (I.e. not done automatically but on request). We didn’t make use of the communal kitchen, but it’s great to have the option to make your own food. There is also a mini mart next door so this would be very easy! Also a nice perk that coffee and water are free. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming - they helped us with recommendations, taxis, and even did some laundry for us for no charge. Diego in particular was always very attentive!

The habitación is perfect: a small kitchen, great shower and good beds. It's at a 5 minute walking distance from the center and there are a lot of shops in the neighborhood.

Great apartment with amenities, very functional. The view was good from both sides of the apartment. It was clean, comfortable modern and not too far from the center. The lady in the lobby booked transportation to the airport as well as tours around salento. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops.
