Good restaurants close to the location.

Au p'tit logis montlouisien ligt in Montlouis-sur-Loire, op 9,2 km van treinstation van Saint-Pierre-des-Corps en 11 km van Vinci International Congress Center, en biedt accommodatie met voorzieningen... Pre-travel communication was excellent. Philippe was welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was cosy, extremely clean, well appointed, secure and perfect for an overnight stay. Highly recommended.

Château de la Huberdière is gelegen in Nazelles en biedt accommodatie met een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, gratis WiFi, een tuin en een terras. Er is een ontbijt beschikbaar. Een fantastische locatie. Zoals de eigenaars (zeer vriendelijke en sympathieke mensen) zegden " Un petit paradis"..... en dat is het ook. Een goede uitvalbasis om Amboise, maar ook de prachtige kastelen aan de Loire te gaan bezoeken. En als je langs het Kasteel van La Fourchette komt, misschien zie je dan wel Mick Jagger :-)

Studio Amboise centre historique heeft een tuin, en biedt accommodatie in Amboise met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de tuin. The host was incredibly thoughtful and sent us a detailed message (with photos!) explaining how to find the keys, it made everything so much easier. The apartment is in the city center, but it was surprisingly quiet. We slept with the windows open, and the courtyard is secured with a locked gate, which made us feel safe. The building itself is old and full of character, while the studio has a modern interior and all the essentials. We stayed for three nights and felt very comfortable and at home.

Chambre d'hôtes proche Chenonceau is gelegen in Chisseaux, op 5,1 km van Château de Chenonceau, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. David and Natalie were fantastic, accommodating and welcoming. The accommodation was renovated to an absolutely superb standard using everything of a very high quality. The bathroom was outstandingly equipped and a beautiful shower. The breakfast was stunning, fresh and tasty with absolute quality products. A gorgeous location and we hope to stay again very soon. Thank you both.

Chez Zabou beschikt over een tuin en een terras, en biedt accommodatie in Amboise met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de tuin. We stayed here for 4 nights and would gladly return if coming to this area again. Madame Isabelle met us with a big smile and it was still there every day. The rooms were large, as big as some apartments. There was a small lounge/ kitchen area with frig. and kettle and a large lounge/diner big enough for 4 to 6. There were many magazines to read - obviously in French - tourist leaflets and advice on distances to a number of sites. Breakfast was good, just what we wanted, but we could have had more. We had a simple meal on our last day and it was delicious, with a glass of rosé as a gift. Mme. Isabelle was always available but never in the way!! A fount of knowledge and a most pleasant hostess. It was a short drive to the city and we found Parking Les Tanneurs very useful. It was a 3 minute walk to the town centre and it was free!!! There are plenty of restaurants just below the chateau and we used these. We found everybody we met extremely helpful. I have heart and back problems and used a stroller. If we came to steps very often people carried the chair up. A great help! As you can image we were very grateful. Obviously Mme Isabelle's charisma had spread to the locality.

Jacuzzi et Vue sur Loire - Maison d'hôtes L'Odyssée ligt in La Chapelle-sur-Loire en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. The home is very beautiful and the hosts were the best! They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, while also giving us our privacy. We had a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view of the river and a very comfortable bed. We awoke to a delicious breakfast of fresh chocolate croissants, bread and apple juice all purchased by the host before we woke up. We also had delicious honey harvested by their neighbor as well as several homemade jams.They live in a darling small town with several restaurants and a gorgeous church. It was all PERFECT!!! I forgot to add that there is a beautiful rooftop jacuzzi!!!

Le Relais des Fontaines was perfectly located for an overnight stop on my long drive home to England from near Bergerac in my 58-year-old classic car. Sandrine and Thierry made me feel extremely welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed, and there was also a large lounge, dining area and kitchen available to me. They were able to recommend a restaurant in the village for my evening meal and this was also very good indeed. Next morning an excellent breakfast was served. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

We were able to park our bikes in the garden. It feels like you are in the countryside surrounded by gardens and farmland.
