RAFTERS COTTAGE ligger ca. 6,6 km fra Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. Her er gårdhave, kaffemaskine og udsigt til en have. We had a wedding at the Homestead venue, which was about a five minute drive away. I would recommend this accommodation when you have a function there. It is easy to get an Uber to and from the venue. They had shampoo and bodywash in the shower, and swim towels were provided if you wished to take a dip in the pool. The property is safe and has security beams which are switched on at night.

It's difficult to put into words the amazing time we had at Plotsklaps. The beautiful property is in a perfect location in the Tokai neighborhood of Cape Town, equidistant between downtown and all the attractions around False Bay and Cape Point. It sits beneath a picturesque mountain near many great dining and shopping places as well as the Constantia vineyards and Kirstenbosch botanical garden. Guests stay in a two-story guest cottage next to Dave and Rachael's house, both of which are architectural wonders with their high thatched rooves supported by exposed log beams. Our two kids (aged 9 and 11) slept soundly in the bunkbeds in the downstairs room, with their own bathroom. The master bed upstairs was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. There's a full kitchen (with washer and dryer), dining room, office area, and living room with hundreds of TV channels and DVDs of classic movies. We really appreciated the welcome items of coffee, home-grown eggs, bread, milk, and delicious jams and rusks that Rachael makes herself. It was particularly nice to be able to wash our clothes after a week on safari. The property has a spacious pool and poolside pavilion with a barbecue pit and a large yard where the kids could play soccer and the chickens and cats roamed free. Dave's generator was much appreciated during "load-shedding," i.e., set periods each day when the government-run electric company turns off everyone's electricity because the power plants can't handle the overall demand. Dave and Rachael were fantastic hosts, attending to our every need and providing great recommendations about local activities and dining. They were extremely communicative, always happy to chat about where to go, how to get there, and what to do while there.

Bicycle Lodge Apartment ligger i Tokai med pooludsigt. Her er en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en restaurant. Der er også gratis wi-fi. John and Sharon made us feel very welcome. The lodge is beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. It is very well equipped with a private garden and patio and access to a pool; home from home. It was ideally positioned in the suburbs, close to our family and within walking distance of a small parade of shops offering nice restaurants. We didn't hire a car on this occasion but the lodge offers a parking space and it is easy to drive around into the countryside or the city. We hope to visit again in the future.

Tranquil Tokai ligger i Tokai, 13 km fra Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens og 15 km fra World of Birds. Her er en terrasse og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi. Excellent suburb and as the name says Tranquil surrounding. Unit was private and surrounded by beautiful shurbs and trees. Loved it!! Hosts were very helpful (printing document at 07H00) and friendly.

In our trip we was in 7 hotels in South Africa with rating above of 9 and this is the best. If other hotels have 9 this should be evaluated on 20/10 Everything was great: breakfast (tastes with great view and cozy kitchen) , location (close to beach and city), room, view from room, all the plase is very clean. Owner of property great, helpful and know a lot abou SA. I strongly recommend this place to stay, it will be excellent experience which add extra impression of SA. It is not simple hotel, it is attraction
