Excellent place on the way to Theth. Everything was super clean and tidy. The apartments are like new. Just bear in mind that the host doesn't speak English, so you will need to use a Google translator if you don't speak Albanian.

The accommodation was about an hour from Theth and the Blue Eye, and the view was incredible. The small hot tub was a big plus, and the place was very clean. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove, but there is an electric cooker, so you can prepare something for dinner. The check-in and check-out were very easy. We could pay either in cash or by card. The hosts were very friendly, and we would definitely recommend this accommodation

The staff were great. Super friendly. Loved the location. We used this as a base to drive to Theth. We left around 6am to get to Theth to hike. Around the best time to do it so it's not too crowded and hot. The room was nice. Perfect for what we needed.

A Magical Stay we will never forget! We had such a wonderful time staying here! The home was absolutely beautiful clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need, from cooking essentials and cutlery to toiletries. And waking up to that breathtaking view? Just wow. The weather was perfect, and the jacuzzi? Total highlight! But what truly made this stay extra special was our incredible host, Mr. Dede. So warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Any small concern I had, he handled immediately and made sure everything was just right. I even asked him to help me surprise my husband with birthday decorations and a cake and he arranged everything so beautifully for a small extra charge. Honestly, this was more than just a stay, it was a whole experience. Absolutely worth the trip from Dubai. Thank you so much for making it unforgettable!

This is a beautifully located, family-run guesthouse with incredible, homemade breakfasts and dinners. The views of the valley are absolutely stunning and the staff incredibly friendly. Rooms are simple but well equipped with spacious (and brand new) bathrooms. There is also a nice area for camping right behind the guesthouse. Do not hesitate to try the homemade dinner, which is incredibly tasty and filling. The guesthouse is located in the upper part of Theth, with incredible panoramic views, also meaning it is calm and quiet. We were offered a free pick-up from town.

We have enjoyed our stay at Astrit’s villa a lot. We stayed in one of the three villas having a wonderful view over the valley. The location is around 2kms higher from the village center, therefore very calm, and that is exactly what we have been looking for. It is not so easy to find the right turn to the villas, it is maybe 500 metres from the paved road on a dirt track. At first glance the road looks bad, but we managed with a simple Skoda Fabia as well, so you will as well. Astrit and his son were both very helpful, providing tips and recommendations what to do. The owner really seemed like a genuinely good guy. He speaks perfect English and is local. The breakfast was also great, we highly recommend, for 6 euros only. The villa had all we need, good wifi, comfortable beds. Would definitely come back again. Be aware, only cash is accepted, but euros/leks are both fine.

The room, the hostess, the food, the location, everything was great! Especially the food. Everything from own garden, milk from own cow, meat from own animals. I asked for yoghurt, but it was not possible because it was to hot. It means she only give it when she can make it fresh. Really plus plus plus! If you want an real Albanian experience, go for it!!!

Perfect new and modern hotel near Theth inside the Prokletije mountains. Great views from the windows, very clean and large room, bathroom with shower and bath with some massage function. Large pool inside the hotel, many parking spaces around the hotel, smaller children playground. Very kind and helpful staff. Great traditionally breakfast.

A brilliant place with a wonderful landscape Everything was located in the right place and beautiful, the villa where we stayed was comfortable and very clean, then there was also a jacuzzi, the family that hosted us was friendly and welcomed us really well, it was a really nice experience. 100% recommended.
