Highly recommended! This is a truly beautiful place with warm and attentive hosts. We booked two rooms for our family — each one was unique, and staying there felt like living in a museum. The view from the balcony and several terraces was breathtaking at any time of the day. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was abundant and diverse — eggs, vegetables, cheese, pancakes, cake, fruits, and three different drinks. But the absolute highlight was the pool — stunning to look at and incredibly refreshing on hot summer days. We ended up swimming at least three times a day! In summary, we loved everything. The value for money was excellent, the location was great, and the hosts were truly wonderful. A heartfelt thank you for everything!

Gorgeous luxury apartment. All elements inside and out are of high quality and pleasing. The heater worked amazingly well. The views from the big balcony were beautiful. Breakfast was filling and served in a small room beside the main house. Gardens were immaculate. Beds were very comfortable. So nice to have enough beds and still a couch for relaxing. The bathroom was also very well appointed and brand new! We loved everything about this stay. The best stay of our 2 month trip so far! Thank you to our gracious hosts!

We stayed as a group of eight people, had four rooms, and each one of them was different – this truly charmed us all. Every detail, such as a toilet hidden behind a closet door, pillows decorated with lace, paintings with lace displayed under glass, the view from the windows, the very large and cozy beds – everything was so thoughtful and homely, making you feel at home while being right in the heart of the town. Breakfast was served in a nearby café – plentiful and delicious – and the service was very pleasant. For those who ordered tea, each received an entire jug! Parking was nearby as well. It was an unforgettable, fantastic experience – during our 12-day stay in Albania, this was the best choice we could have made.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palorto Inn, set in a beautifully renovated Ottoman house in the old town of Gjirokastër. Everything is brand new, with a spacious, stylish and very comfortable room. The welcome was exceptional: the owner is truly incredible and the staff extremely attentive, kind, and caring. They also helped us solve all our little issues — including a problem we had with our car — and were of great assistance throughout our stay. Breakfast, currently served in a nearby restaurant, was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was spotless and extremely well-kept, which made for a very comfortable visit. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, even treating us to a freshly baked cake, which was a lovely surprise. The amenities were excellent and everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

We LOVED this hotel. We stayed at many during our trip to Albania but Palorto was our fave. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fridge, modern decor, great courtyard, giant balcony, nice breakfast, great staff. €5 for a load of laundry. Ideal location, close to the bazaar but far enough away to be peaceful

The location of Stone House is ideal, right at the corner of the old bazaar, but exactly at a spot where you are not disrupted by noise at night! The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean bathroom. When the weather allows it you can have breakfast at the veranda with an amazing view of the castle. Bila was very hospitable and despite having one arm in a cast she did everything to make our stay pleasant. Great value for money when looking to stay inside the old town. Faleminderit!

Clyde was a great host and we were well looked after. The guest house is a great quiet location in the old town, with superb panoramic views from the terrace where a great breakfast is also served. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Ideal location making it easy to get to despite it being in the old town, and only a 10 minute walk to the centre! Thank you for a great and relaxing stay!
