Very clean and very quiet area. For an overnight transit to Greece, the location is excellent,being no more than 3k from the A3.

Easily one of the best stays I had in all my travels. Very clean, situated in a nice modern and quiet neighbourhood. Kids playground right next to the apartment. Perfect for families traveling with children. The house is fully equipped, the terrace very nice and the owner is just amazing, thinks of the small details that count, which is rarely seen these days, and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It was truly a pleasant surprise overall.

It was a great place to stay in Pernik. Very clean, very comfortable. Nice parking. Very close to great places to eat and near shops. Nice terraces with view towards a beautiful local school.

It’s apartment in new building with new furnitures, comfortable beds, very clean, tastefully decorated rooms. Very close to Kaufland, walking distance to good restaurants, “Deep dish” for example. Polite and responsive hosts. Very good for family stay or business trip.
