We were offered a suite room and this was incredible. Large room equipped with everything you could need for your stay, even a kitchenette and exit onto a private balcony. The bathroom was very luxurious and the bed was giant! All of the staff went over and beyond to make our stay pleasant. You can order food from the restaurant below (same owners) via room service and it is really worth trying. Ethiopian food is so delicious, and the presentation a work of art. This place is definitely a hidden gem!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Plateau Mont-Royal. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of one of Montréal’s most vibrant and charming neighborhoods. I loved being able to walk to cafés, boutiques, and parks within minutes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or directions. Overall, it was the perfect home base for exploring Montréal. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The hotel is very new, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed is big and cozy, and the bathroom is spacious. There is enough space for luggage. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, a steamer, a coffee machine, a tea kettle, and a USB port to quickly charge your phone. The lights can be dimmed, and there is a small window with an insect screen that can be opened, which I appreciated because I don’t like air conditioning. The hotel has a 24-hour reception. All the staff were very kind and attentive, especially the receptionist Maite, who was extremely helpful. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and diligent. There is a water dispenser in the hall and a small gym. Opposite the lobby, there is a nice bar and a small restaurant that serves dinner, with vegetarian options available and reasonably priced dishes. A supermarket is located across from the hotel, and a bus station is about a five-minute walk away. I had initially booked one week and planned to move to different hotels each week during my four-week business trip. However, I liked this hotel so much that I extended my stay by three weeks.
