The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

During the day there are far too many people, but when the gondol closed its magic. I just went for a hike and when you walk 500 m away from the hotel, its very peaceful. Best view ever and very nice staff

If i could rate more than 10, I would! Perfect location in the middle of Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West stations. The place is beautiful, lovely views all around. Big enough to have space for yourself even if staying in a hostel. They have a lounge area, 3 dining areas, a mess hall, big kitchen to cook meals (they provide supplies, spices and condiments, mind you!), a garden, a laundry room (10 chf only), and a playroom. Everything in this hostel was well thought of. Rooms are cozy even if sharing with others. The staff are the most lovely and accomodating people I have ever met. They also have amenities that goes way well above and beyond and very much appreciated - free breakfast, you can borrow snow shoes, day lockers for use before check in and after check out time, free transport card around Interlaken, and free postcards that you can mail to your loved ones for a minimal fee! This place is the best place to stay in Interlaken, I didn't want to leave. Definitely coming back.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Very close to multiple restaurants and stores. It was really easy to get to all the places we planned to visit. The room had a nice balcony with the mountain view. The parking was very convenient and pretty spacious. Great place with really friendly and helpful staff!

Esther was an exceptional host. I was worried about the location, but it was so easy to get there. I highly recommend it. Fab breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view. She packed a lunch for us as we were going to miss breakfast. The room was so clean, and the facilities were excellent that included access to a fridge,snacks, tea & coffee 24 hrs. Esther kept hold of our bags on our last day and was just so accommodating at all times. She was very trustworthy & so helpful, we will be back. You will not make a mistake by booking this accommodation. Elaine & Darren.

Beautiful location at the lake on a small, but very touristic village. We only had an ‘economy room’ as last available, but this was even much better as some other similar prized hotels we stayed in in Berner Oberland. Very nice breakfast, super coffee and all with a beautiful view ! Recommand highly!

+ The location is perfect. Not only is Iseltwald and extremely nice village, the apartment was also situated on the doorstep of perhaps its most scenic spot. + The lake is beautiful and we swam in it a couple of times. + You have your own parking spot next to the apartment, ideal if you're traveling by car. + There are two bathrooms with toilet and shower.
