This apartment has every detail you might need, it was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was great. It has 2 entrance doors, one gives directly to street, which it's super handy if you go with dogs. The street was very quiet, and parking around was easy enough. Owner was very attentive. We'll definitely try to book again if we're in the area.

A terrific little apartment, one we would definitely seek out for a future stay!! The flat is centred on a wonderful and spacious open plan kitchen/dining room/living room, with a full dining table, comfortable sofa etc. The kitchen was well supplied with all the basics. The owner should be commended for the clever use of space in this top floor conversion to include the addition of a loft, it's been done very very well! The master bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is a loft conversion, at the top of a very steep and narrow staircase, the room having restricted headroom due to it being built into the eves, and thus everything in it is built closer to the floor. The bed is low, the nightstands at the top of the bed are tasteful decorative cubes upon which two small lamps are placed either side of the bed. On the other side of the room are small decorative storage cubes which fit the angled ceiling as it comes to the floor very well. The owner should be commended for the clever use of the space, it could not be done much better, It's quirky, fun and v well done. One of the highlights is the fact the apartment is located steps from the lovely Le Portel beach, one cannot get much closer.

Lovely friendly host who welcomed us in person despite a late arrival (2200hr). The room was spotlessly clean with good facilities and a comfortable bed, but the standout feature was definitely the huge bathtub in the room. Much needed after a long day travelling! Fantastic value for money and only 30mins to the Calais ferry in the morning. 11/10 would recommend!

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is ideal when you bring your dog with you. Moving rooms was no issue, the hotel was at an ideal location.

Superb location, excellent rooms, fantastic breakfast. (Note no on-site restaurant for dinner but there are at least a dozen to suit all budgets with a five minute walk).

Excellent location, easy access to beach, restaurants, market etc. There is limited parking at the property but staff advised where to park in the "green zone" close by and to buy a day ticket, valid for several days anywhere in the green zone and allowed us to leave and return as we wished . It was much cheaper than the "red zone" and by paying per hour. The staff were brilliant, really helpful and informative, polite and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent - good facilities throughout.

The hotel was very clean. Room and bathroom were extremely spacious. Shower excellent. Good breakfast. Location was fabulous, in a forest and very quiet. Plenty of parking.
