We loved this apartment, which is fresh and well maintained, with fantastic views of the mountains, and access to lovely walks and parks. We were travelling with a car, and it was very easy to get around, although the buses are also straightforward (we struggled with buying the tickets, however, since the ticket app doesn’t work with UK mobile phones). Nearby supermarket was handy. If you fancy walking into Grenoble, it is about 45 minutes along the river. There is a lovely walk to a lake in the other direction. Kitchen was well-equipped with pans, utensils etc, and had cooking basics like oil, as well as a coffee pod machine and coffee. The owners were friendly and incredibly helpful, and our nine-year-old really enjoyed playing in the garden, and even got to borrow a bike! Can’t praise this place highly enough!

Easy access for Grenoble and parking behind closed gates. Rooms very pleasant and areas with plenty of places to sit. Exceptional service from the reception staff, it was a bank holiday and Phillippe tried to find us a restaurant that was open. There were none nearby and so it was suggested that we order in some food. We agreed and on arriving in reception were pleasantly surprised to find a table set for us and then the food was prepared and brought out when we were ready.

Cleanest, room space And all my 10 points go for the man who waited us on the brekfast . Sad i dont have his name, but i want to emphase that he was very kind and very nice to us. Even we came a bit late for brekfast he waited us with smile It was an excelent trip for us and mercure hotel was excellent choice 👌

A truly wonderful stay! The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the very beginning. Breakfast was excellent—delicious and relaxed, just the perfect start to the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that exceeded expectations. Apartment was clean and we had no trouble with parking- lucky enough to get a parking out front. There were a few problems such as incorrect supplied wifi password which the owner replied to promptly and fixed. There were shops in comfortable walking distance - bakery and supermarket. It was a long walk to town but the tram stop was only a few metres away.

The stay with Yannis was exceptionally nice. He immediately contacted me to describe how I can get there and was very accommodating in handing me the key despite the nice arrival time. There was everything I needed in the flat, including towels, soap, a kettle, tea, coffee.
