A beautiful building, full of history, right on the quayside. I arrived very early but the proprietor was so accommodating and allowed me in early to drop my bags Wake-up call from the seagulls, and Sunday afternoon live music from the bar below. We had a family meal in the Bistro downstairs and everyone enjoyed it.

Warm welcome, comfy bed, good food and drinks, excellent breakfast. I liked that we had allocated parking for our room. Also cold water and a fridge in the hallway outside the rooms. Room was modern and much nicer than expected. We were there Sunday evening and enjoyed a delicious roast dinner. We were very grateful for an early breakfast (pre-ordered) as we were catching a ferry. The village is good for an after dinner stroll, there's a Tesco express and another nice pub up the road. I'd definitely stay here again.

It felt extremely homely when you walk in and everything you could need is there for you. The owners have done an amazing job by making it nice and clean before arrival, leaving out a gift basket with some basic necessities. They had cutlery, dishes, pots and pans etc. I was suprised when I used the shower to find that they even left out shampoo/body wash to use aswell! I would 100% stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in Poole. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — everything looked exactly like the photos. The bed was very cozy, and all the facilities were modern and well thought out. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to local shops, transport links, and the seafront. It made getting around so easy. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the fresh linens to the small thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Poole. Highly recommended! 🌟

Very clean and all facilities were provided. Excellent information given for entering secure carpark and doors. In an ideal location for Poole Quay (5 min walk), train and bus station. 5* accommodation with plenty of restaurants and pubs near by.

Such a gorgeous property! The little touches of bread, orange juice and some other bits as well as fresh flowers were lovely. The house was very clean and the hot tub was spotless. Location was perfect, nice and quiet but a short taxi ride to the town.
