Everything was great. Ioannis welcomed us with some local sweets, wine, and fresh fruit. The house is completely renovated. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. Unlike in most accommodations, you get a full kitchen, minus an oven. WoodHome is located away from the main road, so it is absolutely quiet. Furthermore, there are not many tourists around, and you get to see how traditional Greek village looks and functions. There are a couple of grocery shops, two taverns, and a snack bar in the village. Just down the road, there are two restaurants with the great view, where you can watch a sunset from. All are within walking distance. We'll be definitely coming again.

The owners were extremely kind and helpful, the apartment is really spacious and clean with two bedrooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen and two lovely balconies with a wonderful view on the surroundings hills and the sea on the background. It was really a pity we could stay just one night since we already planned our next movements, the accommodation would have definitely deserved a longer stay.

Our stay at this accommodation was fantastic! The place is super calm and quiet and has breathetaking view on west, Lefkada has the most beautiful sunsets! The place is close to almost all of the beautiful places on Lefkada, almost everything was 20-30 min away by car. We really liked the food that was prepared at the restaurant, the menu may seem limited but we tried a lot of dishes and they were delicious, you can really taste the authentic greek cuisine. The whole place including the room is clean and well maintained. The garden and pool area is making this place very relaxed and cozy, we really felt like home. The hosts George and Costa were warm and welcoming, providing us with a map of secret places and sharing their culture and local stories with us in a way that made us feel truly connected. George even offered help with our small car defect! To top it off, they even gave us a thoughtful good luck present as we embarked on the next stage of our life. We are so happy to have met them, they are our new friends, not just hosts. Overall, it was really an unforgettable experience!

The apartment was very comfortable and included everything you need. The view was amazing and it was wonderful to sit on the terrace and enjoy the views and peace and quiet. We booked last minute, fabulous views, perfect room with everything we needed, even a mini bar! The best bit was the taverna downstairs with a restaurant overlooking the mountains and the sunset. Best food we’ve had up to now on our 2 week Greek road trip, definately reccomend.

The accomodation has a great location in Kalamitsi village, so you have a great access to all of the most beautiful beaches of the west coast. It is very clean, it was cleaned every day. The bathroom is a little uncofortable, because the shower isn't separated, so everything is wet when you take a shower. The host and staff is friendly, they would make sure you have everything you need. There are a few great restaurants nearby. I would 100% reccomend this accomodation :)

Nice and clean apartment with a spacious patio, ideal when traveling with a small child. The location is near of the beautiful beaches and kalamitsi has some nice taverns and small shops for the daily needs. The owner were really caring and helpful, We totally enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything about the location! The position on the island is perfect to visit all the beautiful beaches on the Vest side. At the location you have a parking lot for every room so you don’t have to worry about it. The room is very clean, and it’s kept clean every day. The bathroom as well, you have all you need to have a good comfort. Also the host is very kind, helpful and available for all the things you need. I truly recommend the place!
