The ladies were very sweet. Maria gave me some recommendations for good massages. Mina happily carried my luggage up and down the stairs. Bibi Rohan drove me on a motorbike to the town and made me some coffee before I left. The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure was strong and the aircon worked very well. The bed was comfortable and the sheets had that clean laundry smell. They also provided 2 bottles of water and there was a water refill station, which I really appreciated because tap water in Indonesia is not drinkable.

Big pool and outside area. Close to the beach and to the city. The rooms were really big and clean with a comfortable bed. We loved this hotel so much, one of our favourite stays of our trip! The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they were so kind and welcoming. The room was perfect and felt very cozy. We loved the pool during the hot afternoons too! We look forward to coming back one day.

Amazing villa in a quiet place with excelent view. Spacious room, nicely decorated. Perfect quiet place if you just want to relax. If you planning stay longer there is plenty of space in a wardrobe. Just bare in mind its located on the hill so if you dont use the car the short walk can be a little form of excersie. Super friendly staff. Would definietly come back.

The hostess and staff were very friendly and accomodating. They really put thought in giving us a nice experience. We loved the oldschool dvd set-up in the room. The room was very clean and the pool was also great. The view is amazing and the surroundings are calm. Easily accessible by taxi.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were super helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay is enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Sudamala if you are looking for a relaxing experience. The room was also spotless and equipped with everything we needed. They have coffee machines and smart TVs. The view was breathtaking and sitting down in the balcony was so enjoyable. The housekeeping service was brilliant (we stayed in room 220). Overall, it was really difficult to fault the hotel. Well done Sudamala team... Keep up the good work.

I had such a wonderful stay here! Chris, his wife, and all the staff are truly amazing people – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I’ll never forget their warmth and hospitality. The cooking class is an absolute must-do! You get to prepare authentic Indonesian dishes using fresh vegetables straight from their garden, and the whole experience is both fun and delicious. Highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting!
