The room was pleasant.nice area with Two lovely restaurants. Owners were very helpful and friendly they sold nice clothes as well. We were allowed to store our luggage there even though we checked out.. nothing was too much trouble for them.. we really enjoyed our stay..

The hosts were simply amazing. Ramu and Kavitha are amazing people and take care of their guests' needs. They are very forthcoming in helping out the guests. The property is super nice with a lot of trees and shade, plus very well maintained. Food (chargeable extra) is simple yet super satisfying.

We travelled as a family. Saptami was The perfect place. The place and people are so welcoming, warm and friendly. The rooms were spacious and neat We stayed on first floor with open balcony was excellent. Best part was the food. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and home made. Can't ask for more. TL;DR: Stay here and ask for Pampa as a tour guide for a 10-star time in Hampi! Very welcoming! One day before our arrival, Arjun reached out to us and asked us if we needed a transfer from Hosapete train station. Although we arrived early morning with the train from Bangalore, there was no problem for family friend and tour guide Pampa to pick us up at the train station and bring us directly to the homestay. Even our room was immediately available although it was still early morning. Pampa then offered to also take us around for the day (and potentially more) to see the sights of Hampi. You will need some form of transportation because of the large distances between the sights and Pampa and his auto rickshaw are a great choice. His English is ver good and he is a very polite and knowledgable guide. He also knows which places to go to and what to do each day for whatever length you're staying. In the end we did all three days we stayed in Hampi with him and we had a very good time! The room itself was modern with a clean, big bathroom, a double and a single bed, fan, AC and a balcony. The family members and the rest of the staff are all very nice and help wherever they can. The homestay is located on a side road, which makes it very quiet and serene (at least as quiet as India can be) and it doesn't really matter that it is a bit remote as you need a vehicle to get everywhere anyways. I would highly recommend to stay here at Arjuns homestay and have Pampa as a tour guide!

Our stay at this accommodation was simply fantastic! The rooms are not only clean but also decently sized and cozy. The location of the property is perfect, very central with a great view, yet pleasantly quiet. The area is lively and well-lit, so as three women traveling together we felt very safe exploring it even at night. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. They also provided excellent local tips and helped us organize a day tour as well as pick up and drop of at the bus station at very fair prices. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

“Amazing hospitality and perfect location!” I had a wonderful stay at Murali Guesthouse in Hampi. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The guesthouse is in a great location — close to major attractions and local eateries. The host, Murali, was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with travel tips and arrangements. The hotel is brand new. My room was big and had a nice balcony with a lovely rural view. Everything was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The air-condition was efficient and very quiet. Wifi worked perfectly all the time. The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful location with several restaurants nearby. The location is perfect for exploring the Hampi area. The owner Raj speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful. He happily assist you with anything, whether related to touring the Hampi area, planning your itinerary in India or any general questions you may have. I doubt there is any hotel in Hampi which offers better value for money. Highly recommended!
