The road from the ferry slightly uphill takes about 10 minutes on a leisurely walk. Before arrival, we received detailed directions on how to get there, including photos of landmarks. Otherwise it would be hard to find. The apartment for 4 people has a balcony rather than a terrace, but it is big enough for 2 people to sunbathe. The bathroom is clean, the kitchen is adequately equipped. The beds are comfortable, but that's my personal opinion. The view from the window is beautiful. We were with 2 sons aged 11 and 15. The older son is very tall (180 cm) and his legs sticked out of the bed (slept on a single bed). It is worth considering, that these are not 200 cm long beds. We were in early May. The water was cool, but we swam anyway. We used the beach at Ristorante La Conchiglia da Tonino because we didn't like the cove closer to the hotel. And yes, the descent to the beach is over 100 steps (information for families with small children - it is not possible to go down with a pram - you have to carry it). The entrance to the sea is gentle and sandy. The beach by the restaurant was already clean and tidy. Another part of the beach was being cleaned, but there was a lot of rubbish where it hadn't already been done. The water is clean. Compared to the beaches in the north of the island, there is very little or no floating trash in the water (microflat). Because we were before the season, it's hard to write something about the crowd. There were only a few people apart from us. There were more guests in the restaurant, than on the beach :)

This is the most fantastic B&B. Enzo was so kind and helpful, assisting with every question and request, and always on hand if we needed anything. He also speaks excellent English. Our room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The bathroom had a good shower and very good quality towels. We appreciated having a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. The view of the Island and the bay of Naples from our balcony was spectacular. Best of all was the lovely garden full of lemon and oranges trees. Eating breakfast under orange trees every morning was a very special experience, particularly when eating delicious homemade orange and lemon marmalade made from the fruit of the garden, and drinking freshly squeezed orange juice from oranges picked that very day. The location was quiet and peaceful. We genuinely can't wait to return to Procida and stay again in Villa Caterina.

Giovanni is a great, kind host. The accommodation is the ideal place to relax and enjoy calm holidays. Good quality breakfast, clean and in an ideal location; a few minutes from the bus stop, beach and a picturesque port. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants. Totally recommended!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is central and can easily be reached by foot from the port, however there is also a bus. Filomena is very friendly and attentive, we arrived early and just wanted to leave our luggage until check in, but the staff went above and beyond to get the room prepared for us. Communication was also super.

Palazzo Palumbo was very clean, free parking available for scooter, bright rooms equipped with air conditioning, fantastic solarium at the sky terrace, but the plus of this accomodation was the owner Filomena, always helpful for every our requests at any time, giving us the possibility to leave luggages before the check-in and after the check-out. This location is highly recommended for a short and relaxing weekend in Procida.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, just a few min walk from a swimming spot, the apartment was spotless and best of all was the host - Valentina! She has the best tips for the island so make sure to follow her advice and also install the cool Procida app! You won’t regret staying here, we’ll also be coming back for sure.
