We really loved our stay here, the property and location have a feel of modern Japanese living. The property is clean and near the Ogikubo station. The owner was super hospitable and she even accompanied us to the train station , helped us on the navigation of getting the Shinkansen tickets. Highly recommend it and will definitely come back here.

The inn is a 5min walk from Okubo JR station and within 10 min walk to another JR station and Don Quijiote. The location is perfect for the price as it close to Shinjuku area! The bed and pillows were comfy. We stayed in the room next to the entrance but didnt have any problem with sounds from outside so the room is very soundproof. The room equipped with everything! Hand soap, shower cream, shampoo and conditioner! We are very satisfied with the room and what it offered. The staff was so kind helping us bringing our luggages to the room and help us keeping our luggages overnights till our next stay! Internet works fine! Smart TV in the room is a ++++! Will definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect – it exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is brand new, with a lovely lounge where you’re greeted in the afternoon and evening with free coffee, tea, drinks, snacks, and homemade treats. Our room was beautiful and cleverly designed – small but super comfortable for two (double bed room). Everything was spotless, modern, and even nicer than in the photos! :) The shower was spacious, the toilet separate, and the bed very comfy. The room had a TV, kettle, glasses, and there were free amenities at reception (coffee, tea, earplugs, etc.). There are also free washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk to Shin-Okubo Station (Yamanote Line) and within walking distance to Shinjuku, yet the room was quiet. There’s a rooftop terrace with a smoking area, and all rooms are non-smoking. What really made the stay special was the amazing staff and the hotel manager, Moon. They helped us with everything – recommendations, shipping, taxis – always friendly, warm, and professional. We’ve never experienced such genuine hospitality before. Truly an exceptional stay – thank you to everyone! It deserves a 12 out of 10!

Hotel was new, thus everything was fresh and clean. It’s close enough to Shinjuku area and subway stations. Taxi drivers also had no problems finding it. Restaurants and pharmacies and convenience stores within 200 meters. Kids loved the bunk beds.
