The guesthouse was really nice and peaceful for a very traditional experience in Japan. We needed to check-in late in the evening but it wasn't a problem and the staff also came to pick us up at the Uno station. So kind and polite. The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, while the staff helped us with our schedule for visiting Teshima island the day after. Our room was perfect, we slept on futons and in the morning we opened the shoji finding a very beautiful view on the garden and the city! Wonderful. No doubt: super recommended to relax.

Nagi Unoport 2 is a serene appartment close to Uno Port and Uno Station, perfect for travellers visiting Naoshima and Teshima islands. The appartment is very spacious, clean and designed in an aesthetic Japanese style. The bed is very comfortable. The owner is very nice and came to greet me multiple times, and gave me some recommendations for restaurants. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area!

We were three people staying here and were truly enchanted by everything the house had to offer. The rather traditional look immediately drew us in, yet it was impressively modern and well-equipped. We had plenty of space, a beautiful garden, and the sauna sessions were incredibly relaxing. The owners are unbelievably kind! They picked us up from the station on the day we arrived and even drove us back when we checked out. Our two nights in Tamano were exactly what we needed during our packed trip. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm and charm of small-town Japan. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

We arrived with the bus after a long day in Naoshima and were thrilled with our glamping experience! The tent offered a stunning ocean view and was well-organized and clean, complete with a real bed, blankets, air conditioning, flippers, and towels. We enjoyed the sauna, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I highly recommend staying for at least one night!!

We were lucky the other room in the house wasn't taken, so we had the (shared) kitchen, toilet, and bathroom to ourselves.

The guesthouse was really nice and peaceful for a very traditional experience in Japan. The breakfast was good. The location is perfect if you are okay with being on the mainland. As we were visiting Naoshima, the location could have been better, but we had no choice as all hotels on the island were packed, and this location was then ideal.
