We were very happy with this hotel. It had everything we needed, excellent location, quiet, spotless - the place is brand new basically. The hotel staff were also extremely professional and attentive, they helped us with info in English, they helped us get seats at a local izakaya of our choice..We also really liked the tiny hot bath in front of the hotel where we could relax (always with some locals which was cool), soak our feet, and have a beer from the vending machine ;)

The ryokan is at a great place. Everything in Ureshino is in walking distance. (Which is helped by the fact that the entire town is quite small.) The room was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and had a lot of space. The public bath is also very clean and well maintained. The pools are comfortable, and the medicinal water is of high quality. The sauna is nothing special, but it is also decently made and maintained, and it is also not the main attraction anyway. The staff is very kind and really helpful when you reach out to them. The whole place is also very small and quiet, which is decent.
