We didn’t just stay at this hotel ,we experienced it.We got the best hospitality. From the moment we stepped through the doors until the last minute of checking out.We even got some freshly baked cookies and a beautiful handmade decor piece as appreciation gifts. The staff, not just polite but happy to assist/help and ever smiling. The location is fantastic.The gym ,laundry room,swimming pool area,the deck,the food ,just perfect. I would rate the hotel 11/10 if possible.

I was very happy when I checked into my room! He exceeded all my expectations! Incredibly beautiful view!!! The corner window in the bedroom is something incredible! Edaala Comfort is an oasis of cleanliness and tranquility. My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days there. The place is lovely, peaceful, and the hosts, Bernard and Jane, are incredibly welcoming. But here is the absolute highlight: On our departure day, we realized we forgot crucial documents in our room when we were already on the way to the airport at 1:30 AM. Our flight was at 4:20 AM. In a panic, we contacted the owners. Instead of just arranging a taxi, Jane and Bernard personally drove to the airport at 2 AM to hand over our documents safe and sound. They genuinely saved our flight! This level of care, dedication, and sincere kindness goes far beyond standard business practice. In all my extensive travel experience, this was the single most incredible example of hospitality I have ever encountered. We are endlessly grateful for their humanity. If you need a reliable and caring place to stay in Nairobi, choose Edaala Comfort! You won't regret

I liked the pool, the breakfast on the terrace and the relaxing environment. The place is very clean. Standard room are very nice, but budget room is very small and the showers is bad. Some members of the staff are extremely nice, like Susan, others make trubles... Overall in a good place to stay, we spent 2 weeks and the location was good for us because we needed to travel to magadi everyday.
