We were there for the 3rd time and it was wonderful again. You are one with Namibia's nature and are spoiled by the very nice host parents. If you have any problems or requests, the host parents are happy to help and spoil you with traditional food. Great starting point for tours to the Fish River Canyon, etc.

Wilmari and her team created a very comfortable home next to the fish river canyon. The dinner is very delicious and they were really big portions, perfect for hungry wanderers, a little too much for people who had lunch 😉 if you don’t eat meat, I’d recommend to tell a view days before. The room was very clean and also had everything. Can highly recommend namgate guesthouse 🫶

Very comfortable and large room, fully equipped, friendly hosts, excellent food, well placed for driving to or from SA, Highly recommended. A working farm, but no barking dogs, animal smells, etc Highly recommended.

The hostess and her husband arranged a horse ride especially for my autistic daughter even though they dont do rides anymore. She is obsessed with horses and is a Dressage horse rider herself. They made it possible for her to have a wonderful time.

What a cute place filled with love! Very clean, nicely decorated and a friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant is excellent! Perfect place to visit the Fishriver Canyon!
