The house was really nice, clean, warm and cozy. It was big and had a lot of rooms. We stayed one night, we were a group of friends with a dog. In the house there was everything we needed for our stay (linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, kitchen equipment, etc). It would be a good place even for a longer stay. The location is beautiful, close to many nice hikes and paths, close enough to the airport, to the polar park, ... We recommend it.

We stayed at this accommodation one night when travelling back from the lofoten towards Tromsø. The house was in the middle of the mountains, with really little light pollution. Even if it was a really cloudy night we could see some Northern lights. The host was polite and reactive in the chat. The house is big, we were only 4 people but it could have hosted bigger groups as well. Nice sauna.

The hostel exceeded my expectations, it was very clean with friendly staff. Guests were treated to free biscuits, espresso coffee and juice machine.

The location was easy to find with a lovely waterfall and other attractions closed by. The facilities were clean and the kitchen is very well equipped for a hostel. The room had everything you needed. The toilets and showers were well cleaned.

This place is a hidden gem, providing max value for money. Being a hostel, and basically safe-catering, it turned out to be very clean, with a sumptuously equipped double kitchen, overlooking the waterfall(!), a spacious dining area with wooden furniture and a nice lounge with view to the waterfall. Cookies and chocolates were made for free as well as a top of the line coffee machine and a fresh juice dispenser! This owner must trust his guests and represents the top of North Norwegian (traditional) hospitality!

Breathtakingly beautiful location Great base for visiting the Polar Park (recommended) Spotlessly clean throughout Exceedingly welcoming owner, willing to share his love for the place and advise waterfall walks. The kitchens were superbly equipped, with fabulous views. The beds were super comfortable, and outside our room was a balcony with spectacular. The dining room was spacious with snacks gratis There were free coffees and juices The prices were extremely reasonable In short, it is difficult to imagine a more perfect place to stay.

Arctic Centre is in a beautiful location. Between fjellen og fjorden. So peaceful and relaxing The room was perfect, nice balcony to sit and watch the water, read a book. The host was very accommodating and friendly. I arrived after 22:00 due to cancelled and rescheduled flight and he was still up and welcoming

Great hostel in wonderful location. Easy enough to get in - I had to call the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy and warm. The common areas are large, with 2 kitchens, communal appliances/cooking items and a coffee and juice machine. The showers were warm and bathrooms clean. Not too far from the hostel is a great sauna (Grjotangr sauna - book online) - would highly recommend! We saw the Northern lights from the balcony - spectacular!
