- Pradeep and his family were lovely hosts, ever so helpful with organizing all our travel needs. - The house was a beautiful building in the traditional style, super-close to Patan Durbar Square with all its restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle - Good WiFi - While the untiled bathroom looked a bit bare, it was great how fast it dried after using the shower - also, there was no mould whatsoever - Wonderful breakfast - Very comfortable bed

I booked my room at the very last minute, literally right before my early-morning flight. When I landed, my airport pickup was already arranged. I arrived at the hotel before check-in time planning to just drop off my bags, but they told me my room was ready, so I checked in immediately. The front desk staff answered all my questions and gave very helpful tips about what to do in Kathmandu. The staff were polite, efficient, and very good at their jobs.

I stayed at this studio apartment last night and absolutely loved the experience. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything I needed was there: a comfy bed, clean bathroom, kitchenette, and fast Wi-Fi. One of the highlights was the location just a short walk from Patan Durbar Square. It was amazing to be so close to such a historic and vibrant area.

I loved staying in the middle of Patan, high up overlooking the temple roofs and the valley. The hosts were very attentive and kind. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, with a touch of traditional style. They had great wifi and a battery for powercuts which allowed to work online comfortably.

The hotel is a beautiful place to stay, its traditional Newari architecture and interior design coupled with the friendly and helpful staff make it my favourite hotel in Kathmandu. Its location is also ideal for anyone wanting to escape the noise of Thamel and to get access to the culture and tradition of Patan.

The location near Patan Durbar Square is good, just a very short walk. The owner is so nice, accommodating, friendly, helpful and makes amazing breakfast that you can eat on a rooftop terrace where you can see the Kathmandu city. The bed was amazingly soft and had very clean bedsheets, the best bed in my whole time in Nepal.

The homestay is located few minutes walk to Durban square. There is a supermarket just down the road and many affordable local restaurants if you want to eat out. The room was spotless. The breakfast was the best I had in my whole trip in Nepal. The owner will make his best to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend anyone staying here and spending few nights in Patan. I love it! I will go back when in Nepal
