The entire stay was an wonderful experience. As a history and art enthusiast, I loved hearing about the history and culture behind VIC Arts House. It was like walking into a 70s time capsule. The attic apartment was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the view from the balcony sitting area. The house itself is centrally located and walking distance to all Aviero has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property! The maid was very accommodating and helpful, laundry service was superb. The rooms and showers were very nice and comfortable. The hot tub was a great experience after long days of hiking. There are a lot of additional facilities on the property - kitchen for common use, pool, hot tub, hammock etc. All the property is in the key of sustainable ecology, which was very much to my liking.

Ana Paula was an amazing host. She welcomed us with a traditional pastry called “ovo moles” and it was delicious. Although we were only there for a night, Ana made the place feel like home. It was very clean and the other guests were very mindful as well. I will definitely be going back!

Amazing stay with views of the canals. Paulo arranged earlier check in for us which we appreciated so much. The apartment is in walkable distance to the sights of Averio and many restaurants and cafes. Parking in the nearby street is close and free. The apartment is clean and very comfy, it's a shame we were only here for 1 day.
