The host went above and beyond to insure that we were extremely happy with the choice of room. We went to celebrate a birthday and she went the extra mile to make it special for him. I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the room, the house and property. Helena is an artist with exquisite taste and you can see that reflected in everything she does. She is kind, warm and generous. The breakfast feast is amazing. So many choices even for us vegetarians. The shower was lovely, incredibly hot. The bed was so comfortable and extra large, the biggest bed I've ever seen. Our dogs were kindly welcomed and they enjoyed their vacation. The views on the property will take your breath away. We will definitely be back soon!

Teresa, the host, was exceptional ! She was very helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Loved her! The breakfast was very, very good. The pool was open and clean. The Quinta was beautiful and very inviting. Teresa also offered us a welcome drink. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect newly restored hotel. Impossible to fault room, hotel or staff. Excellent breakfast. Also, the normal parking problems of Castello de Vide as there is a car park behind the hotel which always had spaces.
