What an amazing place! A wooden house 20 meters from the sea! The dorms are super nice, all the beds are in wood and super.comfortable. there.is in front of the sea a terrace.where.you can spend your time, watching the sea and sunset. Is just amazing. A tranquil.environment, few locals restaurants, where you can get food. The owner is super nice, friendly, welcoming and careful for every need you have. I felt super relaxed and quiet, and sometimes after you travel a lot, you just need to rest in a place like this. Absolutely recommend. One thing: is in a far away side of the.island, so to.rent a motorbike is needed!

This place is just gorgeous! Staff were amazing, always helpful and cheerful. The location is truly beautiful with the simple cottages right on the beach. We don't like crowds of tourists so this isolated spot was perfect. We hired a reasonably priced motorbike which the staff found for us. However we ended up eating most of the meals at the restaurant which served a delicious and varied selection. The best place to watch the sunsets too!

The owners are genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The facilities are top-notch: a sparkling swimming pool perfect for cooling off, a well-equipped gym to work off last night’s beers (which, by the way, are always ice cold), and even a pool table for those easy, social evenings. The sunrises here are absolutely breathtaking — you’ll want to wake up early just to catch them. It’s quiet, it’s comfortable, it’s got character. Between the views, the vibe, and the hospitality, Samui Hills is everything you hope for when you picture a peaceful retreat in Thailand. Highly recommended — I’d go back in a heartbeat.
